Getting Started

Register as a myBusiness.asia user

Using myBusiness.asia is easy. Simply sign up for a free user account and you’ll enjoy access to all the features on the portal.


Click ‘Join for Free’ at the top right corner.


Fill in the 5 fields in the registration page and click ‘Submit’.

The registration is completed. Please check your email for the activation details.

Upon receiving the activation email, you can click on the link to activate your myBusiness.asia account.

The last step is to set your myBusiness.asia password and secret question. This is important in the event that you forget your password and need to reset it. Remember to read the terms and conditions at the bottom and check on it to submit the activation.

  • Enforcement of strong password (mix of letters, numbers and special characters)
  • Password history to prevent immediate reuse of old password

Secure the User Account

  • Auto account lockout after failed attempts.
  • Ability to suspend your end user account & access to application when they go on leave from a single dashboard

Track the User Account Usage

  • Last login date/time (success & fail)
  • Audit trail of logins & request for password reset
  • Audit trail of access to application (launch app)
